We’re growing RAPIDLY throughout the Eastern Panhandle. As we manage this growth spurt, we’re also expanding our fleet! That means that while we may not have residential service for you yet, we’re working on it!
Inquire for service and as soon as we fulfill a service truck to your area, we will notify you about account setup!
There is a one time $25 setup fee.
That’s easy! Service is just $32 a month without a trash can rental or $36 a month, which includes one of our Panhandle Dumpster trash cans. Best of all? We don’t require quarterly contracts!
We don’t really consider it a “discount” – but our prices are competitive in comparison to Apple Valley Waste and yield roughly a 10% savings on weekly service.
If you’d like to use of our Panhandle Dumpster trash cans, the cost is built into the monthly price of $36. You may choose to provide our own trash can.
Your trash can should be placed on the curb with the wheels facing away from the street. The can itself should be clear of any obstacles so our team can empty your trash can in a timely manner.
That’s perfect! You can sign up at $32 a month and use your own trash can.
We cover all normal wear and tear on your trash cans and will replace them at no additional cost to you. If your trash can is stolen or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, there will be a $75 charge.
We encourage the use of trash bags to help minimize litter issues and maintain a clean environment. However, we understand that certain items, like bulky or oversized items, may not fit inside standard bags or bins. In such cases, it’s absolutely okay to place them outside the cans, and our team will ensure their proper collection. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our surroundings clean and welcoming
We do not accept yard waste (branches, clippings, leafs, etc) in our regularly scheduled pickups. To have yard waste disposed of, please contact us and we will coordinate a roll-off dumpster or bulk pickup for anything you need hauled away.
BILLING FAQs
No. We don’t have any contract terms for service and don’t charge you fees when you need to terminate service. The only thing we ask is that all trash cans be returned or picked up within two weeks of cancelling your service. Unreturned trash cans will result in a $75 fee.
Absolutely! We will prorate any new accounts to accommodate the unused weeks of service.
Unfortunately, not at this time but we are looking into management tools that will allow us to implement systems for pausing service.
RECYCLING & BULK PICKUP FAQs

We offer (2) free bulk pickups during the month on Fridays. All bulk pickups MUST be scheduled in advance! Bulky items include ovens, stoves, microwave ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, clothes dryers, bicycles, furniture, refrigerators, and other items that are too large or too heavy to be placed inside a regular trash bag. E-waste items include laptops, tablets, home computers, computer monitors, and/or anything with a screen measuring more than 4’’ diagonally can be disposed of for a nominal charge of $25.00 per item. All items must be placed within 3’ of the roadside or curb.
