Payment Due Date: Billing is processed one month in advance. Your bill is due on the 1st of each month. There is a 5 day grace period, however, if your account is not paid by the 6th your account is subject to suspension. To reactivate your account, you will have a $15 reinstatement as well as all charges prior to your “temporary” stop. After three months of being inactive you will be sent to collections and your can will be picked up. If Panhandle Dumpsters is unable to pick up the can or the can is damaged there will be a $100 fee added to your bill (this is not a purchase). This charge is refundable if the can is returned in good condition.

Transfer Service / Billing Address Change: It is the customers responsibility to stop or transfer service. If you plan to move across town or out of the area, call in advance so we may schedule the change and/ or pull the can(s). Outgoing customers are held responsible for service until notice is given to the office.
Rental Can Requirements: It is required that the trash can(s) be placed out for pickup by 9pm the night prior to pick up. It is required that they be on level ground within 3’ of roadside or curb and have 3’ of clearance above and on all sides. Trash must be completely inside the can; lids must be closed and handles facing away from the road.
Customers are responsible for can, there is a $75 fee for lost or damaged cans. Panhandle Dumpsters covers normal wear and tear on Panhandle Dumpsters cans. Panhandle Dumpsters does not cover normal wear and tear to customers personal cans.
Loose Trash: We do not accept any loose trash it must be bagged and tied.
How Much Trash Weekly: Two cans worth of trash. This can be two trash cans or one trash can plus 4 regular kitchen bags if you do not have an extra can (we do not offer a second can of ours).
Loose Bags: When it comes to things like spring clean-outs, we know that you will sometimes have additional bags that won’t fit in your curbside can (s). We’ll pick up all extra trash at a flat-rate of $1 per kitchen bag, $3 per contractor bag and $5 an extra can. Customers are required to call in ahead and pay for the additional loose bags ahead of their regularly scheduled trash pickup.
Bulk Item Pickup: 2 free bulk items per month, they are picked up every Tuesday and Friday and must be called in. All bulk items MUST be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance! Bulk items include ovens, stoves, microwave ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, clothes dryers, bicycles, furniture, and other items not exceeding 100 pounds that are too large or too heavy to be placed inside a regular trash bag. Large couches, furniture etc…. that require a separate vehicle or two people to haul will be an additional fee.
Electronic waste items include laptops, tablets, home computers, computer monitors, flat screen TVs, and/or anything with a screen measuring more than 4’’ diagonally, and can be disposed of for a normal charge of $50.00 per item All items must be placed within 3’ of the roadside or curb. Please contact us if you are unsure about whether your bulk item is acceptable for pick up.

Missed Service: If your service is missed or your can is not emptied completely, please notify our customer service office to discuss.
Online Bill Pay: We offer a full payment solution for our customers to view and manage their accounts from one easy to use portal. Please visit our website at https://panhandledumpsters.com/ and click the Online-BillPay button. Paper statements can be sent for $3 a month.

Extra Charges / Fees (Roll-Off):Service will be conducted by the day and NOT by the hour. All leases are for 7 days, extensions are in 7 day increments at a rate of $100 per week. – $89 per ton overage, $100 for “dry run” / “no access”, $100 overflowing container, $150 per item hazardous material – Less than 48 hour cancellation notice will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
Restricted Items:Hazardous materials are NOT accepted. This may include but not limited to: liquids of any kind (fuel, oil, wet paint for example), TVs and monitors, tires, items containing freon (refrigerators, freezers, AC units, etc); hazardous material fee is per item found.
Missed Service: If your service is missed or your dumpster isn’t emptied completely, call us immediately and we will take care of it.
Placement Damages: Panhandle Dumpsters LLC is NOT liable for damages caused by the placement of the dumpster i.e. Asphalt, turf, or other surface. Trucks must stay off grass and mud, however, containers may be laid on such.

General: When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup or, upon request, additional information about our services.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Panhandle Dumpsters for residential trash collection. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with residential trash collection.
Panhandle Dumpsters reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Panhandle Dumpsters also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP,” we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Panhandle Dumpsters again, just sign up as you did the first time and Panhandle Dumpsters will start sending messages to you again.

You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at Panhandle Dumpsters.
